Suggested Use:
For Heat Therapy:
Place Hottie on a clean ceramic
or glass plate in microwave. Microwave for 2 minutes.
Do not overheat, & always touch test before using. Your
Hottie will radiate soothing heat for about 30 minutes.
For Cold Pack Therapy:
Place Hottie in freezer in closed plastic bag for 2
hours or more. Apply for up to 15 minutes to area. Repeat
as necessary.
